United Way of Central Florida Annual Kick-Off Celebration

Each year, United Way launches its annual fundraising campaign with an event designed to inspire the community and build momentum. For this year’s kickoff, the goal was to ensure guests left with a clear understanding of United Way’s purpose. To capture attention and maintain engagement, a trivia night concept was introduced—reinforcing United Way’s impact areas while keeping the audience actively involved throughout the evening.

  • 180 attendees

  • 100% of post-event respondents indicated they felt the event was effective in strengthening their understanding of United Way and its mission.

  • In a post-event survey guests indicated they enjoyed the interactivity of the event, as it gave them a chance to break the ice with table members while staying engaged with the presentation.

  • 100% of post-survey respondents indicated they would be likely to attend another United Way of Central Florida event.

Décor was United Way branded, with table tents speaking to our impact areas to further reinforce the mission.
